We have a 30-day return on all unused products!
All items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your original order and will then be eligible for a refund at the discretion of MJHair Unlimited. Only if the merchandise has an evident manufacturing defect of construction, please feel free to contact us, and our customer service team will reply to you as soon as possible with a return label. All merchandise must be returned in its original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig, bundles, closures, frontals eyelashes or hair accessories are INTACT, and the LACE has NOT been cut. Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact MJHair Unlimited customer service first. Once the return label information has been issued to the email address provided, only at this time you will be able to send the merchandise back once confirmed. Upon the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed and will be automatically applied to your original payment account provided during your transaction. Please be mindful the patron will be responsible to pay for the return shipping fee and restocking fee. All hair merchandise and accessories and special-ordered merchandise are ineligible for returns.
